Wie die Frage schon sagt suche ich nach guten Rock/Metal Songs die auch etwas traurig klingen, oder textlich ein trauriges Thema behandeln. Sollte allerdings nicht nur aus geheule bestehen. Als Beispiele was ich mir vorstelle:

IT BITES sind eine äußerst gefühlvolle Rockband mit vielen melancholischen Elementen und gut arrangierten Passagen. Dies zeigt sich in ihren Komposition z.B. ihrem sehr langen Masterpiece "Once Around The World" und bei diesem im Video zu hörenden :
"You'll Never Go To Heaven".
Eher so mit Gesang: Our Last Night - The Same Old War System of a down - Hypnotize mein absoluter Lieblingssong in diese Richtung: Linkin park - Somewhere I Belong Bullet For My Valentine - A Place Where You Belong (du hast ja gesagt dass du keine so richtigen Balladen magst, aber ich muss es trotzdem reinshreiben weils so schön ist das Lied): Avenged Sevenfold - So Far Away Serj Tankian - Empty Walls Linkin Park - Wastelands (ist ganz neu) Eher mit etwas Growl gibt's noch das hier was ich auch sehr toll finde: Scar Symmetry - Morphogenesis ich würde dir generell empfehlen dir mal Scar Symmetry und Opeth anzuhören, falls dir das gefallen sollte, es ist halt Scream und so dabei, ich weiß nicht ob du das "akzeptierst" aber ich finde die Musik halt richtig gut.
